Bauxite Refractory Aggregate

1.Bauxite refractory aggregate is made from bauxite by high temperature calcinating.
2.It is calcinated in shaft kiln or rotary kiln,calcination temperature is about 1450-1600°C.
3.There are bauxites with buff colour (calcined in shaft kiln) and dark grey colour (calcined in roary kiln.
4.There are two crushing methords with roll crushing and bamako crushing.
5.Grain size:0-1,1-3,3-5,5-8mm for lump,120,200,325mesh for powder.

1.High temperature resistant,

2.Low impurity,

3.Low water absorption.

Application

Calcined bauxite usually can be used for making fire bricks and unshaped refractory such as castable, ramming mass, gunning mix, mortar etc.Buff bauxite and dark grey bauxite with bamako crushing also can be used for road surfacing to increase the road anti-slip performance.
