Plastic Refractory

Plastic refractory also called mouldable refractory, is made by refractory aggregate,powder,binder and admixture.It has good work performance and plasticity.
Usually castable refractory’s plasticity index is less than 15%,mouldable refractory’s plasticity index is between 15%-40%.
1.Binder- clay,phosphoric acid,phosphate,aluminium sulfate etc.
2.Refractory aggregate and power
