1.Refractory powder
According to difference of refractory powder,there are mortar with clay,high alumina,silica,magnesia, corundum,mullite,zircon,insulation etc.The material of refractory mortar and the material of refractory brick are basically identical.
2.Binder--Cement,phosphoric acid or phosphate,sodium silicate.

Application
1)Clay mortar is used for laying and repairing fire clay brick masonry construction of blast furnace,hot blast stoves,coke oven,soaking pit furnace,heat exchanger,boiler etc furnace kiln.
2)High alumina mortar is used for laying and repairing high alumina brick masonry construction of hot blast stoves- furnace roof,combustion chamber, regenerator,blast furnace,soaking pit furnace ,heating furnace,coke oven,boiler etc industrial furnace kiln.
3)Silica mortar is used for laying and repairing silica brick masonry construction of blast furnace hot blast stoves,coke oven, glass smelting kiln furnace,acid melting furnace etc industrial furnace kiln.
4)Magnesia mortar is used for laying and repairing manesite brick, magnesite chrome brick, magnesite alumina brick masonry construction of electric furnace, oxygen converter,BOF, Non-ferrous metal smelting furnace kiln.
5)Mullite mortar and corundum mortar is used for laying and repairing mullite brick,corundum brick masonry construction of high temperature kiln furnace of steel,electronics,petrochemical,fertilizers,non-ferrous metals,refractory material etc.
