Mullite Insulating Brick

1.JM Series mullite insulating brick is made from high-purity refractory powder and organic fillers which burn out during manufacture to give a uniform and controlled pore sture.
2.The brick is compressed in vacuum and sintered under high temperature. 
3.Mullite insulating brick is widely used as hot face refractory lining or back-up insulation in various kinds of industrial furnaces.

  Application

  Mullite insulating bricks are widely used in tunnel kiln,roller kiln,shuttle kiln,hot blast furnace,electric kiln,gasifier,gas furnace,hydrogen furnace and        other high temperature kiln equipment.It has the characteristics of direct contact with flame, anti-peeling, high temperature resistance, and can

  be used as the heat insulation lining of high temperature industrial furnace and the working lining of other industrial high temperature kiln, so as

  to reduce the weight of masonry and save energy.
