Poly Light High Alumina Insulating brick

1.Made by high purity high alumina bauxite as the main material by shaping at high pressure and sintering at high temperature.
2.Al2O3 content above 48%.
3.Bulk density is 0.5-1.2g/cm3,the porosity is 66%-73%, crushing strength is 1.5-8.1MPa, thermal conductivity is 0.291-0.582W/(m.K) (1350°C).
4.Working temperature:lesst than 1400°C,Max working temperature 1350°C-1650°C.

 Poly light high alumina insulating brick can be in direct contact with the flame.It can be used as inner lining brick   of industry kilns wall and industry furnance.such as blast furnace, hot blast stoves ,electric arc furnace, cement   kiln,melting furnace, ignition furnace, flue, refining equipment, heating   equipment and piping, regeneration   device,gas furnace,soaking furnace, annealing furnace, heat reaction chamber and other thermal industrial   equipment.
